Flightline was founded by Jesse Collins, a former CTO in mortgage technology who built large-scale lending systems across underwriting, AI infrastructure, and decision support.
After years inside regulated lending, it became clear that the most important layer was missing: a formalized institutional review engine that applies standards the same way every time.
